Frist Trimester Recipes

First Trimester (light, nausea-friendly, gentle on digestion)

1. Ginger-Lemon Quinoa Porridge

  • Cook quinoa in coconut milk.

  • Add grated ginger, squeeze of lemon, drizzle raw honey.

  • Top with blueberries, strawberries, whatever the heart desires.


    Soothing + protein.

2. Chia Yogurt Parfait

  • Layer organic yogurt ( A2 yogurt is eaiser on stomach) (or coconut yogurt) with chia seeds, kiwi, and almonds.


    Calcium + steady energy.

3. Avocado Rice Cakes with Pumpkin Seeds

  • Spread avocado on brown rice cakes.

  • Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds + sea salt.


    Healthy fats + iron.

4. Medium boiled eggs

  • Meduim boil eggs

  • Pair with sourdough english mufffin with butter

  • Strawberries, or any type of fruit.

  • Pair with lemon ginger tea

5. Carrot Ginger Soup

  • Simmer carrots, onion, and fresh ginger, add spices of choosing.

  • Blend smooth with coconut milk.

  • You can always add meat of choosing for protein.


    Comforting, warming, easy on the stomach.
